Yoga 4 Cancer and Oncology Yoga
Yoga 4 Cancer and Oncology Yoga (y4c) is a program for cancer survivors, which helps manage treatment and long-term side effects and cancer recovery through a unique evidence-based yoga method. (Certified y4c) Care givers are welcome to join class.
Kripalu Yoga (gentle flow) can initiate a gradual process of physical healing, psychological growth and self-awareness. (Certified RYT-200).

Hi Betsy. I am looking into beginner yoga classes. Is that something you can help me with?
Hi Lorena. If you are in Fredericton, my Friday class (noon to 1 pm) at Brookside Wellness Centre would be a gentle beginners class. January classes will focus on each pose to allow for proper positioning during each pose. If you are interested, I have 1 spot available starting January 8th. Cindy, I hold a Yoga 4 Cancer/Oncology Yoga class on Tuesday evenings (weekly). The class is a hybrid class (online and in-person), and the time is 5:30 – 6:30 pm with 30 minutes after for questions, conversation, and general discussions (if needed).
